Frequently asked questions
What is the rental period?
The event rental period is considered as a weekend.
The weekend rental period normally consists of access beginning at 8AM on Friday for set up, etc., with a midnight shutdown.
Saturday access begins at 8AM, with a midnight slow down and 2AM shut down.
Sunday access begins at 8AM and all decorations, furnishings, etc., are to be removed and total exit of the venue by 2PM on Sunday.
These time periods are considered to be the normal rental period but can be adjusted if agreed upon by both parties before the beginning of the event.

We are a seasonal outdoor event space operating late May thru early October.
What are the facilities?
Our inventory includes an event tent that can be enclosed to facilitate rehearsal dinners, etc., with tables and chairs and then used to allow for covered catering or entertainment.
If desired, larger events may require an event tent rental from an outside supplier of your choice.
You are welcome to supply your own canopies for additional shade.
Depending on the event size, there is a covered dance/entertainment area.
Electrical access is available for lighting, etc.
Four different propane fire chat areas.
Luxury portable two stall restrooms with air conditioning.
There are various parking spots for your guests to bring their self contained campers.

What is the vendor policy?
Choose your own vendors for catering, decorating and furnishings - or choose from our recommended vendors.
Is insurance required?
All events are required to obtain an Event Insurance policy and policies must include a liquor liability, if applicable.
Event insurance is very affordable and will provide all parties involved with peace of mind.
Vendors are required to provide liability insurance.
Guests with self contained campers are required to provide proof of their automobile and camper insurance.
Can I customize my event?
Bring your own ideas. The event space allows for many different set up options and is a blank canvas for you to design your event.
What is the alcohol policy?
Alcohol is permitted and must be supplied by the host prior to the start of the event.
It must be served in a designated bar area by our preferred licensed servers.
How much parking is available?
There is ample parking for large groups and is a short walking distance from the event area.
