Frequently asked questions

The event rental period is considered as a weekend.

The weekend rental period normally consists of access at 8:00 AM on Friday for set up, etc., and

8:00 PM shutdown.

Saturday access begins at 8:00 AM, 10:30 PM slow down, 11:15 PM last call and 12:00 AM shut down.

Sunday access begins at 8:00 AM and all decorations, furnishings, etc., are to be removed and total exit of the venue by 2:00 PM on Sunday.

These time periods are considered to be the normal rental period but can be adjusted if agreed upon by both parties before the beginning of the event.

We are a seasonal outdoor event space operating late May thru early October.

Our inventory includes three event canopies that can be enclosed to facilitate rehearsal dinners, pre-ceremony staging or to allow for covered catering/entertainment. 

Tables and chairs are available for a moderate size rehearsal dinner, etc.

If hosting a larger event, and your preference is to provide complete coverage of all guests, etc., it may be necessary for you to obtain rental of an additional large capacity canopy, from an outside supplier. 

You are welcome to supply your own canopies for additional shade.

Depending on the event size, there is a covered dance/entertainment area.

Electrical access is available for lighting, etc.

Three different propane fire chat areas on the party patio.

Event bar trailer.

Luxury portable restrooms with air conditioning.

There are various parking spots for your guests to bring their self contained campers.

Choose your own vendors for catering, decorating and furnishings - or choose from our recommended vendors.

All events are required to obtain an Event Insurance policy and  policies must include a liquor liability, if applicable.

Event insurance is very affordable and will provide all parties involved with peace of mind.

Vendors are required to provide liability insurance.

Guests with self contained campers are required to provide proof of their automobile and camper insurance.

Bring your own ideas.  The event space allows for many different set up options and is a blank canvas for you to design your event.

Alcohol is permitted and must be supplied by the host prior to the start of the event.

It must be served in a designated bar area by our preferred licensed servers.

There is ample parking for large groups and is a short walking distance from the event area.
